曹雪妍,女,汉族,主要研究方向为动物性食品加工与利用重点从事乳源乳营养组及加工过程中变化规律与相互作用研究为本科生讲授《动物性食品加工学食品科学与工程导论等课程;主持国家自然基金青年项目1项、辽宁省博士启动项目1项、教育厅项目1项。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function、Food Chemistry和食品科学等学术杂志发表论文10余篇。获得辽宁省优秀博士论文、辽宁省本科教学成果一等奖研究生教学成果二等奖各1项
