李墨翰,男,汉族,1994年7月生,原籍辽宁抚顺,博士,副教授。主要研究方向为动物源食品加工与利用。兼任International Journal of Dairy Technology(IF 4.40)副主编,Current Opinion in Food Science(IF 9.90)、Journal of Food Quality(IF 3.30)、Journal of Dairy Research(IF 2.10)等SCI期刊编辑,以及Journal of Future Foods、中国乳品工业和乳业科学与技术等期刊青年编委。曾获全国“勤学上进”青年、全国大学生年度人物、辽宁省“勤学上进”青年、辽宁省大学生年度人物等荣誉。主持及参与国家、省部级课题5项;授权专利3件;近五年以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文30篇,累计影响因子>200。

Dr. Mohan Li, a Han Chinese scholar, was born in July 1994 in Fushun, Liaoning. He currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the College of Food Science, Shenyang Agricultural University, specializing in the research and development of processing techniques and applications for animal-derived food products. Dr. Li serves as the Associate Editor for the International Journal of Dairy Technology and holds editorial roles in prestigious journals such as the Current Opinion in Food Science, Journal of Food Quality, and the Journal of Dairy Research. Additionally, he is the Youth Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Future Foods, China Dairy Industry, and Journal of Dairy Science and Technology. His academic achievements have been recognized with numerous honors, including the National "Diligent Learner" Youth Award, National College Student of the Year Award, the Liaoning "Diligent Learner" Youth Award, and the Liaoning Province College Student of the Year Award. Dr. Li's has led and participated in five national and provincial-level projects, holds three patents related to his research, and has authored 30 SCI-indexed papers as either the first or corresponding author in the past five years. These publications have collectively earned the total impact factor exceeding 200.
